1. Ornn can upgrade all Legendary items - except support items and boots.
2. Upgrading an item will increase its stats by exactly 1000 Gold (the value in gold is shared equally between upgradeable stats -
Ability Haste, Ability Power, Attack Damage, Attack Speed, Armor, Magic Resistance and Health).
4. Upgraded item is the first eligible Legendary item in an allied champion's inventory - NOT the first one bought, but in the first INVENTORY SLOT
(so if you want a different item upgraded just rearange your inventory).
5. Ornn start upgrading allied champions' items at level 14 and one at each following level up to level 17 (total of 4, once per ally per game).
6. In order to upgrade an item, Ornn must be within 600 range and be able to channel for 4 seconds.
